We had a wonderful turnout for our 65th reunion at Short Hills Country Club on Friday. Classmates shared memories and stories with their lifelong friends. Everyone was excited and happy to see one another as the rain poured down outside. It did not dampen their spirits or enthusiasm as they hurried around the room to see and talk to as many as possible. Their smiles brightened the room, defying Mother Nature's intrusive gloom that day.
While it was a happy occasion for everyone, there was a certain degree of heaviness in our hearts for our dear classmates who are no longer with us and for those who are suffering from sickness or illness. Many wanted to be with us, but time had taken a toll on their bodies, making it difficult to travel long distances safely. In the coming days, we hope that those who attended will share their stories and photos with them.

We have a limited number of free Memorial booklets from the reunion available on a "first-come, first-served basis." Classmates and spouses of deceased classmates qualify. Only one booklet allowed per classmate or spouse. This offer is not intended for those who received a booklet at the reunion. Send your request along with your current address to: darrelrhagberg@gmail.com.

Thank you, everyone, for making this reunion great. We hope to continue meeting in future years.
